Terms of sale & website use

Prices shown on this website are indicative equipment prices in USD, ex-works, and exclude freight, duties, taxes, civil works and installation. A binding price is given only in a written JetWash quotation, valid for 30 days from issue.

There is no online checkout. Orders are completed through a signed purchase agreement with milestone payments: a deposit to start production, a balance before shipment, and any agreed installation milestone. Production begins after the deposit clears.

Lead times are stated in your quotation and start from the deposit date. Incoterms, packing and destination port are confirmed in the agreement. Delays caused by customs or site readiness are outside our control.

The buyer is responsible for the property, foundation, drainage, water supply and electrical service, built to the drawings we provide. JetWash supplies drawings, remote commissioning support and, where agreed, on-site installation supervision.

Orders may be cancelled before production starts against a refund of the deposit less documented costs. Once fabrication has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

Our liability is limited to the value of the equipment supplied. We are not liable for lost revenue arising from downtime, utility failures, or use outside the operating manual.
